Intel® SFI Starter Pack

An expanding set of hands-on activities, the Starter Pack provides pre-designed learning experiences to help educators redefine how technology can be used in education to prepare students for the workplace of the future.

The Starter Pack:

  • Offers pre-designed, technology-infused new learning experiences that build students’ higher-order cognitive skills
  • Effectively integrates digital technologies and skill-building into the curriculum and maps to real-world scenarios, showing how to use technology to solve problems
  • Helps build students' interest in curriculum subjects with hands-on activities and projects that can be done anywhere, making it suitable for remote and virtual learning, as well as flipped classroom models

These Starter Packs immerse students and educators in a diverse array of innovative skills and knowledge in line with education trends like Artificial Intelligence, Metaverse, Esports, and blended learning.

Intel® SFI Professional Development Suite

Intel’s SFI Professional Development Suite (Intel® SFI PD) empowers educators as they assume their role as leaders of learning experiences and facilitators of future-ready skill building.

The Professional Development Suite consists of 80 hours of e-learning and in-person workshops which train educators to:

  • Have the skills required to adapt technology in their virtual and physical teaching environments
  • Know how to create technology-infused learning experiences that build future-ready skills
  • Be up to date with trends impacting their students’ future and equip them with tools to maximize their students’ learning outcomes in anywhere learning scenarios

Intel’s SFI PD has four levels that transition educators from adapters of technology to mentors of innovation.

Adapter

Level 1: Adapter of Technology

Support educators who are new to technology in building a strong foundation for basic digital fluency through a mix of F2F and supervised, online modules.

Owner

Level 2: Leader of Learning Experiences

Help educators transition from being content experts to becoming effective owners and leaders of learning experiences in anywhere learning scenarios.

Catalyst

Level 3: Catalyst of Creative Confidence

Enable educators to reimagine learning experiences with technology to empower students to become confident innovators.

Mentor

Level 4: Mentor of Upgraded Mindsets

Introduce educators to the upgraded mindsets that are essential for students to thrive in the 4th Industrial Revolution and successfully navigate unknowns of tomorrow.

Achieve student readiness for the 4th Industrial Revolution and beyond.

Certification

Intel® SFI Professional Development is being deployed in leading educational institutions worldwide. Certificates for completing individual courses and levels will be awarded to educators who complete all course requirements.
